Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email.

2. Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 days
• Other Cities: 5–7 days
• Remote Areas: 7–10 days

Note: Delivery times start from the date of dispatch, not from the order date. Holidays and weekends are not included in the delivery estimate.

3. Shipping Charges

• Charges may vary based on weight and location.
• Free delivery offers may apply during promotions.

4. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email. You can use this link to track your shipment in real-time with our courier partner.

5. Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

• Public holidays and festivals

• Courier partner issues or strikes
• Natural calamities

WooFashion is not responsible for delays caused by these factors. We will keep you updated on any significant delays.

6. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided at the time of order, the customer is responsible for non-delivery. Please ensure you provide:

• Correct PIN/Zip code
• Valid contact phone number
• Clear delivery instructions (if any)
