Once your return request is approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send back your item.
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the Return Authorization Number and your order receipt.
Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Defective/Wrong Item: We cover return shipping costs
Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
